Engagements

All projects begin with a written proposal that defines scope, milestones, timelines, and pricing. Any change in scope is agreed in writing before work continues.

Ownership

On final payment, the client receives full ownership of the final source code, design files, and delivered assets, except for third-party libraries which retain their original licenses.

Liability

NetNova is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question.
