Refund Policy

We work in milestones so that both sides can review progress and adjust before the next phase begins.

Milestone payments

Fees for a completed milestone are non-refundable because they cover work already delivered. If you cancel mid-milestone, we refund the unearned portion after accounting for hours already spent.

Deposits

Initial deposits secure our calendar and start discovery. They become non-refundable once discovery work begins.
